The estimate that Sal provided relative to other quotes was not the lowest but we felt they provided the highest value from start to finish. Without hesitation, we would go with Sal and his team again and are looking forward to seeing the finished project soon!

Kolby was great to work with, he has a great eye for finishes and most importantly to me, he never pushed us into additional work we weren't comfortable with. For our living room, we decided to re-floor, demolish a wall of built in cabinets, and resurface the fireplace and hearth. Although we had to start the demo while I was out of town, Kolby kept me updated every step of the way, sending photos and making sure we were ok with all the materials. It was a huge relief to know that he was so on top of all the details even when I couldn't be there. Huge props to the crew he works with (Jésus and team)! We are SO excited with our new space. Cant wait for our next remodel!

Nathan, our project manager was amazing. He was reliable, honest, on time and a really great listener. We never had any issues other than a challenging inspector and even that didn't feel like an "issue" because Nathan and the crew handled it so well. We rented an apartment right down the street so I literally stopped by almost every day unannounced. The crew was always attentive, friendly, and ready to answer any questions I had (they even worked on Thanksgiving day and Christmas eve!). Everyone says remodeling is "so stressful and a headache" but this experience was so amazing. They finished on time and the quality of the work is excellent. We would HIGHLY recommend using this company.

We contacted Wise Builders as we needed to have our kitchen redone after a water leak caused some major havoc. We spoke and met with Nathan Weizmann who came out to our house and did a thorough review of our requirements. After a question and answer exchange, we agreed that this was the company we wanted to do our kitchen redo. We have worked with contractors in the past and Wise Builders ranks up with the best of the best. Their attention to customer service and project detail is excellent and if I say anymore, people will think I'm a paid employee disguised as a customer. The bottom line, we recommend them without question, hesitation, or doubt. As a matter of fact, we did recommend them to some friends of ours and their project using Wise Builders is now underway.

Wise Builders completed our kitchen remodel and new porch/entryway. My husband and I are very happy with the finished product. I can't say enough about our project manager, Sal. He was great throughout the project and even after the construction was completed, he still checked in with us and sent workers over for touch ups and some cleanup. Our new kitchen is absolutely beautiful. The team from Wise Builders did an excellent job. The workers were all very professional, knowledgeable and hardworking. There were a couple hiccups along the way (when isn't there when doing such a project?), but we were really pleased with how Sal handled our concerns and worked to fix them. We would definitely recommend them to anyone planning on doing new construction or remodel. We will absolutely use Wise Builders for any future construction projects!

So Happy I found them! I have had work done in the past and I can sadly say I know what it feels like when you choose the wrong company. I went through a very bad experience a couple of years ago with a contractor that pretty much baited me with a cheap price so I decided to go with him. I knew something was fishy but decided not to believe all the other G.C's that told me that's way to cheap to do the project I wanted (kitchen remodel and wall removal). So I paid the consequences. I promised myself I would choose more wisely and gladly I did! Nathan at Wise Builders was my assigned project manager from start to finish. I remodeled my hall-bathroom and master bathroom. Nathan's understanding in construction and the fact that he is super detailed and will be patient with every one of my questions is what earned my trust and that I can count on him to pull through. This time my judgment was right! Five stars to Wise builders, the project managers, and all the great and skillful workers/tradesmen.

We are now in the 4th week of the project. Our rough inspection passed and the installation of cabinets, etc is proceeding. We have an excellent work crew. They arrive every morning by 7 and some of them continue working into the evening. We are seeing an excellent quality of work. They clean up the job site each day. It's fun to go in and see all the changes. Nathan is an outstanding project manager. He responds quickly to all questions.

I continue to be a big fan of Wise Builders, and in particular, of Sal, the project manager, who, as usual, has been absolutely wonderful to work with on our 2nd projects together. His meticulous work ethic, attention to detail, and caring nature (not to mention great personality!) have made me feel confident and trusting in him. This next undertaking started with replacing all the windows in the house (which turned out beautifully!). Sal then suggested that we put recessed lighting in the living room, dining room, and kitchen - something I'd never thought of myself. What a difference that has made, and it was so efficient doing it all at the same time! Sal then brought in his team of workers to take down my out-of-date wallpaper, texture the walls, and paint the entire interior, all of which breathed life into my house! The highlight of the project, however, was the renovation of my guest bathroom. Sal was so amazing - he helped me pick out the tile, lighting, vanity, and fixtures, and then made it all come together to create a gorgeous finished project - way beyond my expectations! Thank you, Sal! We are now about to move on to our 3rd project together. Meanwhile my neighbors are in awe of the excellent work that has been done for me! Needless to say, I continue to highly recommend Wise Builders!

We have had an excellent experience with wise builders. They remodeled our two bathrooms for us. Nathan Weizmann who was our project manager has a background in interior design. He provided us with an excellent plan for updating and making our bathrooms more functional and aesthetic. Everything from the plans, permits, work schedules, inspections etc. was taken care of by Nathan. We were informed daily about the progress of our project. I cannot say enough good things about the trades people, plumber, electrician, carpenter, tile installers who worked on the project. they arrived promptly every day at 8:30 am and worked a full work day, sometimes into the early evening six days a week. they are polite, keep you informed as to what they are doing and have pride in their work. no time was wasted. We now have two beautiful bathrooms that were completed on schedule. I would have Wise Builders back in a heart beat if and when i had another remodel project. On a scale 1 to 10 i would give them a 10 plus rating.

Wise Builders was an excellent partner in my master bathroom remodel, for their knowledge, customer service, and attention to detail. They recommended great suppliers where I could select stylish and high quality fixtures and materials. The construction was timely and efficient, and I am very happy with the results. My project manager Nestor provided very good advice whenever I needed help with product selection. He had a can-do attitude for things I preferred and communicated well with the crew. The foreman Severo and the crew were extremely hardworking and dedicated to providing quality service. My project was pretty extensive - a complete redo of the bathroom that extended into the rest of the master suite, as well as the dining room area below - and Wise completely everything in a timely and skillful manner. I would definitely recommend Wise Builders to others.

I was never so happy and excited to write a review about a company before. When Sal my project manager finished my remodel it was the least I could do for him and his workers. I met Sal when I just started my research for my kitchen remodel. Like many people I took the time and interview 4 more contractors. Sal was the first and no one came to be even close to him regarding his professionalism and his dedication to help me even before I decided to move forward with him and his company. Sal helped me every single step of the way, he took me to the suppliers they work with and fought on my behalf to receive the best prices for my finish materials. I actually saved money by using his vendors and a lot! My original idea was to remodel my kitchen but when we started shopping together my husband and I decided to extend the work and do both bathrooms. Sal was available every single step of the way and did the best he could to offer us with the best prices he could possibly get from his office. Btw their exclusive showroom is SO beautiful and will help you decide what materials you'd like to use and help you with the design for absolutely no charge. I am so pleased with the finishes and would not think twice to hire him again for future projects. Keep it up Sal and looking forward to work with you again in the future. My boyfriend and I recently bought our first home in the Bay Area so I reached out to Wise builders to do an extensive full home remodel of my home. I was deciding between a few companies but after they sent out one of their lead project managers Nathan to give us a scope of our vision vs what was realistic given the state of the old home so we knew we had to go with wise builders We loved working with Nathan especially because he listened to our expectations and was super personable. Neither of us have experience in home remodeling but Nathan was able to articulate every step including the best case scenario costs and worst case. Ultimately, he let us decide and was not pushy at all which was so important for us They were a little pricier than other competitor bids/quotes but I am a big believer in what you pay for is what you get! I got amazing service from day 1 from Nathan and wise builders and the finished result is seriously so amazing. They opened up the kitchen which was so important to me and the made sure the style of house was appropriate for my boyfriend They finished the work about a week off scheduled but I was made aware of this city related delay way ahead of time and he was very communicative and flexible with me and my boyfriends schedule. Thank you wise builders and Nathan especially for making this house a home and for providing your top quality expertise and work!!

Wow! We are so delighted with the work that WISE BUILDERS did to remodel our master bathroom. We loved what they did - the attention to detail, the finishing, and the steady progress from the team. Bravo! They assign whole crews of craftspeople for a project, so the work progresses smoothly and quickly. Yes, they are a bit more expensive, but do you really want to save a few bucks only to regret the workmanship for years to come?
